Q. There’s an item that I really must-buy but I can’t seem to find it at your online store. Is there anyway for me to get hold of this item?

A.  Besides those items listed in our online store, we do have hundreds more items in our warehouse that were not listed online. If you are looking for an item and couldn’t find it at our online store, send an email to us at sales@playpencollectibles.com and we will check our inventory list before replying to your email regarding the item availability.

 

Q.  I am having some problems placing an order online. What can I do?

A.  If for some reasons, you encounter a technical problem while trying to place an order with our online shop, simply drop us an email listing the items that you would like to purchase. Include your contact details and we will reserve the items for you and send an electronic invoice to your email account within 24 hours. Once you receive our invoice, simply follow the steps listed in our email reply and make an online payment and we will have your items packed and shipped to you the moment we receive your e-payment.

 

Q.  I am from Singapore? Can I pick up an item that I ordered online from you directly at your retail shop?

A.  All items purchased from our online shop will have to be paid online using your Credit Cards or PayPal Account. Upon payment, your order will be processed and the items will be mailed to your billing address in Singapore. We are unable to facilitate pickups at our retail shops because most of the items listed in our online store are not located in Singapore. They are stored centrally in an external location and all online orders will be processed by our offsite customer service staff.

 

Q.  Why are some items that are listed in PlayPen Collectibles’ Online Store not available at your local Retail Shops?

A.  Our Online Store and our local Retail Shops maintain different inventories. Therefore, items that may still be available at our online store may have already been sold out at our local retail shops or vice versa. For inventory control purposes, we do not transfer stocks between our overseas warehouse (a.k.a. Online Store Inventory) and our local retail shops.

 

Q.  Does PlayPen Collectibles give volume discount?

A.  Yes!. If you are organizing a small event and is looking to purchase 10 or more items of the same type, write to us for a quotation. We will be glad to give you a volume discount!
